Alumni Registration
Registration for "Scholars in New York" is not yet open.
In order to best serve all alumni, including those from the New York area, participation options for alumni interested in Scholars in New York will not be lumped together in packages. Scholars' alumni will be able to choose the components of the trip they would like to be included in by checking off the appropriate items when filling out the registration form (when available). Payment will be based on the options selected.
Options
- Round-trip motor coach transportation between College Park, MD and New York City, NY
- Two nights accommodations at the Hilton New York in midtown Manhattan
- Ticket to a popular Broadway show for Saturday evening (shows confirmed to date include: "Wicked", "The Lion King", and "Shrek").
- Invitation to Friday evening Happy Hour hosted by the College Park Scholars Alumni Association
- Admission to program-wide Sunday activity

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this event and the contracts that have already been entered into, registrations are binding and cannot be refunded once registrants have paid. The exceptions to this rule are if participants are faced with an emergency illness or death in the family in the week leading up to the trip and must cancel. Proof of emergency must be made in order to obtain any refund.
